Description workshop, February 21
Description: In this 3-hour yoga workshop, we will discover different yoga and meditation sides by connecting yoga science and yoga philosophy perspectives. We will talk about yoga from both modern cell biology and ancient yoga philosophy points of view. We will find out why yoga and meditation are great tools for promoting health and preventing diseases and how you can practice yoga off the mat. In the practical part of this yoga workshop, we will have a special Feel Good yoga flow. In the last hour, we will learn more about Yoga Nidra meditation, with which we will end the workshop. The workshop is held in English. All levels are welcome to join.
